Churubusco Jr.-Sr. High School

The Varsity Softball team overcame a slow start to win their 3rd game of the season 16-7 over Luers. The offense was led by Freshman Alyssa Marks who went 4 for 4 with 5 Rbi's, a double, and her first career home run. Senior Grace "Clutch" Lawson moved even closer to the career RBI record, recording 6 more in the game. She had 3 hits, including a double. Other offensive highlights: Shelby Tigner and Gracelyn Jones each had a double, and Lauren Stroder had a triple. Emma Walters picked up her 2nd win of the season and Gracelyn Jones picked up the save.
